And he is the member of French cooking academy, Escoffier, Toques Blanches. He learned traditional and classical French under レイモン・オリヴェ who was the owner chef of Le Grand Vefour (three stars French restaurant)

Patissier

This is French restaurant, so the main works are making the delicate dessert, mignardises as cafe after meal. It is the best work space that the staff hope to learn as Patissier different from cake store.
